It seems Roc Nation artist Bridget Kelly is on the move, putting out another buzz single, entitled "Seek and Destroy." The record is penned by multi-platinum heat-maker Terius "The-Dream" Nash (most famous in recent years for his writing credit on hits like Rihanna's "Umbrella" and Beyonce's "1+1") alongside production from Shea Taylor (co-producer of Beyonce's "Run The World (Girls)"). As the song plainly states, our female lead is ready for some quality time, and frankly doesn't give a f*&k about the previous conquests of her male counterpart. In true "The-Dream" writing style, the hook is purposely repetitive in order to drive the talking-points home. The openness of the production allows for every sonic aspect of the record to breathe. All in all, it's a fun song, IMO, and it's a good precursor to her upcoming EP, "Every Girl." Fine work BK!
