When you have Clarence Clemmons from the legendary E Street Band collaborating with you on a record, you know you've either got a huge budget or amazing talent. Since Lady Gaga has both, it's no suprise Mr. Clemmons agreed to work with the Pop statement on this recent cut, "The Edge Of Glory." The Lady has noted in intervews that "Glory" represents the moment right before death, when it is believed that all humans will understand the Ultimate Truth of our existence and the Universe. I am very pleased that the record is giving an easy-to-grasp melodic concept and chord structure to counter the grander lyrical concepts, and the Sax solo in the bridge simply rocks - in a majestic, we're-gonna-give-you-everything-on-this-bridge sort of way.
