I love showcasing all types of artists, especially if I've worked with them. Player/Singer/Writer/Producer Kafele Bandele is truly a gifted musician with whom I've had the pleasure of performing over the years. We met awhile back while being featured on the same showcase in Brooklyn. Kafele hails from Baltimore by way of New Orleans and Chicago, where his sound has earned him a solid name amongst the staples in the jazz scene in both cities and many others. Future endeavors include overseas projects in Africa and the Pacific, and hopefully Mr. Badele and yours truly will be able to get together soon and craft some ill material for you pals.
