Singer/Songwriter/Producer, friend, and colleague Malik is back on the scene with another hit. He recently debuted the fully mastered version of his single, "Try." Now M & his team follow up the music with a skillfully crafted music video. What struck me the most was the maturity on the record that was then transferred into the visuals. Whereas in his first vid, "Crazy," we're greeted with what looks to be a young & innocent leading male character trying to salvage a relationship, we have here someone who, in the past several years, has seen his share of hardship, but is still willing to make a commitment; this translates particularly well onto the screen, and it is a fitting change. Kudos to the storyboard & editing teams for creating a simple & commendable piece of work. We're certainly looking forward to more!
